school workshops
On April 4, Orchard Park public school invited me to do a Groovy Arts workshop
for Grade 5 students. It was a blast! I showed them the Groovy
Arts technique and spoke on art, marketing and products. We painted Dalmatians
and many were painting on canvas for the first time.
The students were very interested and had a really
good time. It was a joy to see them learn and paint
the Groovy Arts way. Their paintings hang proudly
in the halls of the Orchard Park Public School.
Many young students are talented and it would be
important to encourage that, who knows maybe I have
inspired a couple. This was a very enjoyable experience
and it open new venues for me to explore my art as
I am now interested in developing a workshop program
where I can give workshops in schools.
What a thrilled to show students how to Groovy
Arts!
